Anthropology at UWTSD is an engaged, practical and active programme designed to furnish graduates with the skills to challenge inequality and effectively promote social and environmental justice. To support this goal, we have replaced lectures with seminar style classes and use dynamic experiential methods to enable students to develop into practitioner anthropologists rather than focus simply on what other anthropologists have done. Anthropology at UWTSD is student-led and, therefore, each year we tailor our class activities to your interests so that you can fill your time exploring topics that most fascinate you.
