Careers after an Anthropology Degree

Anthropology is a discipline that opens up a world of career opportunities. You might end up working in international development, healthcare, social research, human rights, policy-making, museum curation, journalism, marketing, user experience (UX) research, forensic anthropology, archaeology, education, environmental consultancy, or corporate social responsibility – to name just a few!

During LAD, you will have the chance to hear from professionals about their careers after an anthropology degree, how they got into their field, and how anthropology influences their work today. We will soon be adding video clips of their interviews here.

In the meantime, feel free to watch a recording of our roundtable exploring opportunities in anthropology.

Below, you can also see some books we recommend that explore the variety of career options and opportunities that studying anthropology offers you.
